AR15Discounts and Dirty Bird Industries Take Their Partnership to NASCAR

AR15Discounts is going racing with our partners at Dirty Bird Industries. On Sunday October 11, the No. 91 Chevrolet rolls onto Charlotte Motor Speedway for the 2026 Blue Cross NC 300 with Dirty Bird USA as primary sponsor, AR15Discounts branding on the car, and Charlotte native Myatt Snider driving for DGM Racing.

The NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race goes green at 8:00 PM Eastern in Concord, North Carolina, in the middle of the series championship run. For a parts company that started in a Bakersfield garage eleven years ago, that is a long way from home, and we are proud to be along for the ride.

AR15Discounts and Dirty Bird Industries are sister companies, and Dirty Bird co-founder Jay Pitcher drives the continued growth of both. Behind the No. 91 is a partnership between family businesses and a co-founder who has followed NASCAR his whole life. Few places suit that story better than Charlotte, home to much of the NASCAR industry, on a weekend when a championship is being decided. Add a hometown driver racing in front of his home crowd, and the No. 91 has plenty of reasons to draw attention on Saturday.

A Shared Passion for Racing, Performance, and American Business

Motorsports has long been a passion for Jay Pitcher, and this weekend means a great deal to him. “I’ve been a NASCAR fan my entire life, so getting the chance to support Myatt and see Dirty Bird USA on the No. 91 at Charlotte is pretty special,” Pitcher said when DGM Racing announced the partnership. Dirty Bird USA, the name of Dirty Bird’s online store, is also how the car appears on the official NASCAR entry list. For a lifelong fan, seeing a company he helped build take the green flag at Charlotte is about as good as sponsorship gets.

DGM Racing, which fields the No. 91, is a family-owned team based in Lake Wales, Florida, and led by Mario and Michelle Gosselin. It began in the early 1990s as Mario’s weekend hobby, and the letters in its name stand for Damien, Germain, and Mario, a nod to the father and brother who helped him start racing. The Gosselins have since grown it into a multi-car O’Reilly Auto Parts Series operation known for doing more with less.

That family history is why the partnership fits. Dirty Bird Industries is still run by the two brothers who founded it, AR15Discounts shares Jay’s leadership and the same focus on dependable parts at fair prices, and all of us have learned to compete against much larger operations by outworking them. We are proud to back Myatt Snider, the entire DGM Racing crew, and our partners at Dirty Bird, and we will be pulling for the No. 91 on every lap.

Dirty Bird Industries Takes on Charlotte Motor Speedway

Sunday’s race is the centerpiece of a three-day NASCAR weekend at the speedway, opening with the Craftsman Truck Series EcoSave 200 on Friday and closing with the Cup Series Bank of America 400, also on Sunday. Charlotte Motor Speedway is one of the most recognizable venues in American racing, and a Chase weekend there draws fans from across the country. The CW carries Sunday’s race to a national television audience, which puts the Dirty Bird Industries car and the AR15Discounts logo on it in front of far more people than the grandstands hold.

Meet the Dirty Bird Industries No. 91 Chevrolet

Myatt Snider, a UNC Charlotte graduate, returns to DGM Racing to drive the No. 91 Chevrolet in his home race, with veteran crew chief Steve Addington calling the shots from the pit box. Snider earned his first NASCAR national series win at Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2021, taking the Contender Boats 250 in an overtime finish, and he has more than 150 combined starts across the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and the Craftsman Truck Series. His seven O’Reilly starts with DGM Racing began with a top-10 finish at Martinsville in 2024, and Saturday will be his first start at Charlotte Motor Speedway since that same season.

The car itself is hard to miss. It wears Dirty Bird’s black-and-yellow scheme with DIRTYBIRDUSA.COM along the doors and rear, and AR15Discounts decals ride on the rear quarter panels, a fitting spot for the store that has grown alongside the Dirty Bird brand.

From Bakersfield to the National NASCAR Stage

Dirty Bird Industries began in 2015 in a Bakersfield, California garage, founded by brothers Jay and Dustin Pitcher. Jay got his start Cerakoting parts at Dustin’s request, while Dustin brought experience from the online retail side of the firearms business, and together they set out to build quality AR-15 parts without the name-brand markup. The company had just two employees in 2018. Today more than 50 people work across its Bakersfield retail store and its East Coast headquarters in Youngsville, North Carolina, the same town AR15Discounts calls home.

Sponsoring a NASCAR race car opens a new chapter for both companies. Few places gather more fans who value performance and American-made products in a single weekend than Charlotte during The Chase, and the No. 91 Chevrolet now carries both names onto one of the biggest stages in American motorsports.

Expanding AR15Discounts and Dirty Bird Industries Through National Advertising

NASCAR gives AR15Discounts a national audience that firearms-industry advertising does not reach. A Chase race broadcast on The CW, followed by highlights and race coverage online, introduces our name and Dirty Bird’s to viewers who may never have shopped for an AR-15 part. We already ship to customers across the country, and a sponsorship like this helps more of them find us. The plan is to keep building AR15Discounts and Dirty Bird Industries into brands people recognize coast to coast while staying the family businesses that got us here.
