Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship your order within one business day. Possible exceptions include:

  • Items which require custom assembly or Cerakote
  • FFL items

If our fulfillment times are delayed more than 1-2 days, then we will put a notice in the header of our website, informing shoppers of the delay. Also please note that during busy shopping times, carriers too can experience delays which are outside of our control.

We offer two shipping levels.

  1. Standard / Flat Rate Shipping
    This shipping method costs a flat $8.99 or is free for orders over $150 (contiguous United States only). The carrier is chosen at our discretion but if you have a preference or special delivery instructions, leave those in your order notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  2. VIP Flat Rate
    This enhanced shipping method includes expedited (front of the line) processing and 3-4 business day delivery via UPS or FedEx. Possible exceptions include orders which are fulfilled on a Saturday (UPS and FedEx does not pick up on Saturdays) and orders being shipped to a PO Box (UPS and FedEx rarely deliver to PO Boxes). In these cases, the order will be shipped via USPS priority mail. VIP Flat Rate also includes insurance and theft protection. VIP Flat Rate shipping is only available for shipments within the contiguous United States.

We may choose to require signature tracking on some orders over $200, this is solely to protect our customers. You may decline this added protection by specifying in the order notes that you would like to opt-out of signature tracking but please be aware that we will not replace lost or stolen merchandise in that case.

Shipments outside of the contiguous United States are subject to additional shipping charges.

Frequently Asked Questions

Tracking says my package was delivered but I can not locate it, what do I do?

You must reach out to us within 15 days from the date of delivery. If VIP shipping class was purchased, we will send replacements and deal with the carriers ourselves. If you did not opt for the additional coverage, you will need to contact the carrier to initiate an investigation yourself. We also recommend checking with neighbors and the delivery driver themselves if you have the opportunity. If the carrier provides no resolution, send us proof of the concluded investigation and we will either send replacements or processes refund.

Tracking delayed / no movement on the package.

If VIP shipping was selected and 7 business days have passed without movement, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.

If you did not opt for VIP shipping and 14 business days have passed without movement, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
