USVortex Defender CCW surprises!
I was reluctant to purchase the Defender CCW because I was not a fan of the stippling on the front face. Much to my surprise, it looks WAAAAY better in person. The stippling does not jump out near as much as all the press photos. The red dot is really small but appears to be well built. I am very happy with the purchase.

Just got this in. Construction looks nice. Nice assortment of accessories. Dot is extremely crisp (most crisp out of my two Aimpoints, Romeo 4 and Romeo 8). This is the updated version with ten minute shut off, and corrected refresh rate, which I believe were the two main problems people seem to have with this optic. We'll see how it holds up.
