The Strike Industries Pistol Buffer Tube introduces added functionality to an often overlooked part of an AR pistol PDW. At an overall length of just over 5 inches, the pistol buffer tube reduces the pistol’s overall length. The pistol buffer tube comes complete with our proven tungsten filled buffer and flat-wire buffer spring to aid in reliable cycling over a long service life. The receiver extension features an anti-rotation tab that locks into place over the buffer retaining plunger. The Tube is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum for greater strength than standard 6061 tubes. An integral QD socket at the rear of the tube facilitates push-pull operation when used in conjunction with slings. The Slick Version features a smooth profile to mount our upcoming Strike Industries’ Pistol Stabilizer as well as other popular aftermarket braces.
Both versions also contain QD mounts in the end plate and at the rear of the buffer tube.

Built an AR15 Pistol with 7.5 inch BCA upper PSA lower, Taylor Tactical parts. 500 rounds and had the castle nut come loose, sight die, and failure to feed. I can promise the low weight buffer aided in this because it had 0 ability to throttle down some of the gas. Restaked castle nut, warrantied American made scope, replaced magazine. Recommend on the premise you double or triple stake the castle nut and let it loose with a zero recoil feel. I dumped 3 60 round mags into a hill side at my range and had a blast. Also forward assist supremacy!
USPerfect way to get the truck gun a little shorter
Very well made anti-tilt design and cuts down on the overall length very well. Paired it with a adjustable gas block as the buffer is light to keep recoil similar.
