Unlike a gas block, the Rubber City Armory Adjustable Gas Key allows you to regulate gas pressure directly at the bolt carrier group (BCG) without any need to remove parts. The RCA Adjustable Gas Key works with two set screws, one allows you to limit the flow of gas and the other to lock-in the setting. Limiting the gas flow means softer action and less felt recoil, allowing you to lineup follow-up shots quickly and easily.

Rubber City Adjustable Gas Key
Pretty straight forward install, but I did have to take it to a local gunsmith because I could not stake it correctly. My gas key staking tool didn't make a deep enough impression.

Fits no name carrier just fine. Used drop of blue loctite on each mounting screw. Was able to stake with simple hammer and punch. Bottomed out first set screw, backed out two full turns and it let's enough gas to have lrbho for my 16 in Wylde shooting .223 with a muzzle brake. does the job an adjustable block would do, reduces recoil able to stay more on target, especially from bench rest.

When I would put my silencer on my M&P 15 it would launch casings 10 feet straight forward. With the FSB I couldn't do an adjustable gas block so I figured I would try the Adjustable Gas Key from Rubber City. It worked out great! I was able to dial the gas way down and now my M&P 15 is ejecting in the 3-4 o'clock range while suppressed. It's a really nice product and well worth the money.

Took the gas key out of the packaging and I am really impressed with the gas key. Nice finish and lines. Everything looks like it should. Due to Covid I am not able to test this out. Hope to get this tested out within the next few months!
