Mil-Spec triggers have been used for decades, but have always suffered from an incredibly heavy trigger pull weight, that can be upwards of 7-8lbs. When installed, the Dirty Bird Industries AR-15 Trigger Reduced Power Spring Set is capable of producing a consistent 4.0-4.5 lb trigger pull.
The DBI Reduced Power Spring Set have been designed to work with single-stage triggers and will not work with two-stage triggers.

I never thought an inexpensive enhanced mil-spec trigger could be so damn good.....
Wow. Totally impressed with this trigger. I come from 8 other AR's with upgraded triggers, some with triggers that cost in excess of $250. This trigger really does give them a run for their money. The bearing surfaces on this trigger have all been ground nicely, and polished. It comes with a dirty bird reduced power spring kit (includes; trigger spring, dis-connector spring, and hammer spring) works really well. I'd say I'm probably right about 4.0 lbs. For the bargain price I paid, this product totally exceeded my expectations! Highly Recommend!

Trigger has the main areas polished and the reduced spring kit is great. If you need a decent trigger until you upgrade this is it. As always great shipping time.

I was totally impressed with this trigger group and reduced power springs. I put them in a PSA lower which had a milspec trigger which was really bad, heavy pull, grit etc. This set made the trigger lighter and no creep and solid pull no grit or creep. I would highly recommend it if you don't want to drop 100 or more on a drop in.
