I just attached to my ar 10, took it to the range and it really provided some good stability for bench rest , sitting and standing. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought the wrong bipod for my M&P15. Instead of returning I put this on my M&P15-22 and my buddies kids love it. Bigger kids can stand and use the handle. The smaller kids can use the bipod. And they all get to shoot the same weapon. It wont be the last bipod you'll need but if you manage your expectations it is versatile and a good value.
