NBS AR-15 Ultralight M-LOK Free Float Handguard
The NBS Free Float M-LOK Handguard is a no-nonsense American Made M-LOK compatible rail system designed for versatility and simplicity. It features a picatinny top rail and M-LOK attachment slots on the 3, 6, and 9 o’ clock positions. Precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum extrusions then type 3 hard coat anodized you can be sure that this handguard can withstand an incredible amount of abuse. Its slim profile feels great in the hand yet with a 1.35″ inside diameter it can accommodate any true low profile gas block and even has enough clearance to recess some muzzle devices such as flash cans and linear compensators. It is a true do-anything rail system and the cost-value ratio makes it very hard to pass-up.

Finishing touch
Built my competition gun for next season, was going to go with an odin works ruin handguard. This one came up on sale and im glad I purchased it. Fits nice, looks good, at a fraction of the cost. Would purchase again.

Quality hand-guard that not only functions properly, but also looks great! Nice light weight makes my AR balance well for more comfortable range time. The aluminum barrel nut is cut for a 30mm crow-foot on a torque wrench. Easy installation with the proper tools. My sight-in was easy as the optic was still aligned after changing the barrel nut. Cannot beat the price. Best deal I had all year!

I installed it using a 30mm wrench, and the handguard is nice and light, but the finish is a little rough but the price more than makes up for it.

Great handguards. I use this on a setup I built for 3-gun this year. When I purchased the price was $75 in Spring 2025. The finish is holding up very well for all the matches it's been in. Plus our usual coyote control weekends. The grip is pretty decent but not awesome. And at the same time really low drag when changing position. Finish is more on the smooth side when smooth vs rough. The cutouts are a bit large, and my thumb will sometimes contact the gas block....dayum! But it is really easy to camo up with sticks, grass, and foliage. Since they are on sale right now Fall '25 I'm back to purchase a couple of them for the future.

Shopped for a while till I found this one on sale. I've looked at a lot more expensive ones but couldn't see spending $200+ on a handguard when this one does the job. It's light,strong, and the machining is top notch. Looks like it grew out of the receiver. Excellent Co to purchase from as well.
