USLo-Pro Gas Block does the job!
Spoke with AR15DISCOUNTS tech support about replacing the front sight/gas block of my Ruger AR-556 and the results were spot on easy! The new lo-pro gas block was an easy install and it works flawlessly.

USLow Budget Low Profile .750” barrel Sized Gas Block
A ton of gas blocks out there, from budget to stupid high priced. Unless you need an adjustable gas block (I never have), do yourself a favor and buy the least expensive model that has a decent return policy should you need to (not likely). Not a lot to go wrong with a gas block, no moving parts. This one from AR15 Discounts is as good as any I have tried (and I have tried a lot of different models/brands in my 45 years of building AR’s).
