LANTAC E-BCG Side Charging Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group – Nickel Boron

Description: Lantac Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, .223/5.56mm Nickel Boron, Side Charger. This high-quality enhanced bolt carrier group is constructed of 8620 steel with the entire group carrying a nickel boron coating. This BCG ships with 3 side charger versions; knurled steel, smooth steel with silicone insert, and a steel core with a neoprene sleeve. All charging handle threads are 1/4-28 UNEF. The patented and patent pending designs of this carrier group features unique forward facing gas ports which have been resized so that gas will vent differently than in standard carrier groups. This enhanced system will run cooler, cleaner, and smoother than the standard bolt carrier on the market today. There is also less pressurization of the upper receiver when running a suppressed barrel thus adding more performance and stability to your build. The flared boss at the tail of the carrier enhances the bolt carrier group’s lock position within the upper and makes it more consistent, resulting in an improvement in accuracy. All critical dimensions are hard turned / ground after heat treat and the gas key has been hard chrome lined for the best possible wear resistance. This feature the Lantac CP-R360 patent pending domed head cam pin that is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel and hardened. The ultra smooth head reduces wear within the upper receiver. Gas keys are properly staked at four points and only grade 8 fasteners are used in this assembly.
