One of the cheaper options out there. You get what you pay for though. I noticed the threading was a little rough when tightening. It's definitely a dull gray phosphate finish not a deep, shinier nitride like the pictured product. It's also much thicker than pictured with a larger knurling pattern. Outer diameter is 0.065" larger than my Lone Wolf thread protector which doesn't seem like much but is noticeable.
