This Dirty Bird Industries Complete Upper features a Black Nitride 7.5” Sub-MOA DRP Profile barrel chambered in 5.56 with a 1:7 twist. Built on a top-tier t-marked Forged Upper Receiver and finished with Dirty Bird’s 7″ SMRS M-LOK V2 Handguard available in several color options. No corners are cut when manufacturing these complete uppers. All barrels are dimpled and cold blued, use a black nitride 4140 steel gas block and a stainless steel gas tube. The gas block set screws feature knurled cone tops and are installed using blue locktite ensuring that no amount of vibration will cause the set screws to come loose but they will still be removable for servicing if needed.

- Aircraft Grade aluminum barrel nut. In our tests, the aluminum barrel nuts are just as effective when torqued to spec. Additionally, the weight savings enable us to utilize a longer barrel nut design which means more surface area at the attachment point without adding unnecessary weight.

DB 7.5" Complete Upper
I have used the 7.5" Dirty Bird complete upper assembly on at least 8 of my builds. This upper works flawlessly and looks great. I will continue purchasing this upper as long as they are available.

I was on the fence with lack of reviews but I'm glad I took the plunge on the Dirty Bird upper. I matched it on a custom lower build by Kinetic design group with an Aero bolt and this little sumbish runs like Champ! First range trip I oiled the **** out of it because I don't do this noncleaning torture BS like some idiot YouTuber. I pushed it pretty hard, running 500ish flawless rds. Mag dumps, and a 60 rds drum dump, while running lanes, it did it's job. It ran everything including hott reloaded 556, it was not an issue for the little tank. This is a quality upper and the barrel appears to be so as well. The hand guard feels very solid. The fit and finish is great. I am confident this little hellion will do it's job when need be. I would recommend the purchase.

Was going to build one of these but was able to purchase it for about what my build cost would have been. Came to me in excellent condition, will buy full uppers from you guys again!!
