This 5.56 chambered 18 inch Modern Series Barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a QPQ Corrosion Resistant Finish and QPQ coated M4 feed ramp extension.
This barrel features a longer .750 profile dimension necessary for proper installation of the OPS Inc 12th model collar and suppressor.

BA SPR 18” Barrel
This build was meant for accuracy and I finally got out and tested it! Results:1/2”-2/3” 3 shot groups @100y w/ Fiocchi 50g V-Max! Pretty good! Most groups were 1/2” or less! Super well made barrel! Heavy profile (more so than I was expecting). Cant go wrong with Ballistic Advan. barrels.
USFirst build project
Very nice flawless barrel used to make a Mk12 Mod 1 clone. Barrel looks sharp but will have to wait to shoot it later this spring. Painless install on upper receiver and no problems with gas block or muzzle brake installation either.

Purchased 2 of these barrels for mk12 clone-ish builds. Have been a long time user Ballistic Advantage barrels so I know they are very capable. Fitted one to a BCM stripped upper and with Hornady black 75gr. I was able to achieve a 5/8" inch group my first putting. Highly recommend these barrels and AR15discounts.com.
