This 5.56 chambered 18 inch Modern Series Barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a QPQ Corrosion Resistant Finish and QPQ coated M4 feed ramp extension.
This barrel features a longer .750 profile dimension necessary for proper installation of the OPS Inc 12th model collar and suppressor.

A diamond in the ruff
The quality of the machining and overall fit & finish is excellent. So how does it shoot right. Well I took some Hornady Black 75 gr BTHP and AAC 77 gr OTM and consistently got 1/2 MOA at 100 yards, as the barrel heated up the largest group was 1 inch @ 100 yards. Out to 500 yards, I was hitting a IPSC steel target 10-10 times. Hands down the best barrel purchase I've ever made.

Arrived in perfect condition, this thing just SHOOTS. I've only shot the 77 gr Sierra BTHP because that's what I bought it for. Awesome value for the money....it's $175 on the BA website.

Good for the money, obviously it won’t outshoot a criterion but with 77gr otm it’s .50-.75 moa
