Best scout light out there
This light is so great! It is light weight but powerful. I can easily identify targets out past 100 yards, which is about the length of the cul-de-sac that I live on. The momentary switch is responsive and easy to use. I mounted it on an Arisaka in-line m-lok mount and the combo is great.

AR15discounts.com came through yet again. This is a truly excellent light for a tremendous value and in my opinion, it compromises nothing. It is compact, needing only a single battery and can be mounted close to keep a nice low profile. It is also lightweight, because why have a heavy gun for no reason? In this configuration it uses a simple momentary press tailcap. If you position the light someplace clever (mine is that the 11:00, next to the front sight on my carbine) you can easily depress the tailcap for momentary illumination but it stops giving away your position the instant you let go of the button. Momentary press tailcaps are the best. This one is shrouded to prevent unintended light discharge and it doesn't have any wires to route or snag or pressure switches to worry about. It's robust and bright but it's also as simple and foolproof as a light can be and for that, the price is quite reasonable. I unreservedly dig this light. Mounted mine on the m-lok with an IWC Radial.
