It comes equipped with a built-in dual aperture rear flip-up sight with adjustable windage and elevation settings. This carry handle is 5 inches and its overall base is 7.125 inches long. Fits on rifles wit h a flat top and will act as both carry handle and rear sight sytem. Dramatically improves sight pictures and enhances shooting accuracy.
