The 6.5 Grendel is designed on the AR15 platform. You will need to purchase a 6.5 Grendel specific bolt carrier group (available now) and magazine (not currently offered – coming soon). All other components are standard to the AR15 platform. This upper assembly DOES NOT include a BCG or Charging Handle.

Ok. I feel compelled to write this review. First off, I had a bit of trepidation to order here because I hadn't really heard of the website before. I found it through an internet search for sites who actually had 6.5 Grendel components in stock and ended up loving their selection of products and the prices. Still, wasn't sure about sending them money. Then, after doing some research (not much to be honest, I think it's written boldly and proudly on their website) I saw the satisfaction guarantee. I decided to contact them through chat to inquire if there were any details on that promise to be aware of. I was blown away by how cool they were to talk to. Also, since I was a bit nervous about putting my first AR together (worried I'd end up with a bucketful of incompatible parts) it helped put my mind at ease to have someone go over the item numbers I had picked out and verify they would, in fact, form a functional rifle. So that was all reason number one. Products, price, satisfaction guarantee, and a live person to talk me through my order. The second reason had to do with the actual order process. I got an email telling me my order was on the way, and some responses to questions I'd sent back. The guy responding to my questions was the same that I'd chatted with a day or so earlier (thanks, Michael!). They already had my FFL on file (I ordered a complete lower from them as well), simplifying (well, eliminating) my role in the transaction from that point forward. Their update system is first and shows you exactly where the package is and when it will get to you. My experience was it even shipped and arrived a day earlier than promised. So, to sum it up, awesome folks to work with, great products at great prices, and an efficient, satisfying system to get your order out to you.
