Best deal lately!
This order shipped and arrived very fast! And let me clear up something I keep seeing. This is military spec 7.62X51. Safe to shoot in anything chambered for this or 308. It is factory loaded in new brass. Mine had a 2021 date on it. As it is made for the military and does not have a highly polished case. It is brass and the darker discoloration around the case neck is from the annealing process done to ensure the case doesn’t split upon firing. This is a good thing. Not a sign of reloading. And yes these USA made cases are boxer primed meaning there is one concentric flash hole through the primer pocket so they can be reloaded. The alternative is berdan priming often found in cases made outside the USA. Those cases are typically not reloaded as they have two smaller offset holes in the primer pocket that allows the flame from the primer to enter the main powder containing area of the casing. This is basic info but not everyone has heard this. And the last dimension of this cartridge nomenclature is 51. Meaning it’s 51 millimeters in overall length. So no, it will not work in arms with a different overall length such as 7.62x39. If you are wondering about this, seek reliable instruction!
