Superlative Arms .750 Adjustable Gas Block - Solid - Melonited - SABO-DI-750SM
Out of stock
The Superlative Arms patented “Bleed Off”, direct impingement, gas block for the AR15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks.
Results:
- The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas / pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler.
- Reduction of felt recoil.
- Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination.
- The gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore there is no erosion or seizing of the screw /no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out.
- When using SBR’s and / or suppressors the bleed off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back.

Good product
Easy to DIY. Punch the retainer out of the original gas block, remove it and the gas tube. Replace gas tube into the new SLA, make sure to angle the gas hole facing down. Punch the gas tube back into SLA and insert into Carbine. Be gentle with it on the install, use lube to insert tube if needed, but it should be a perfect fit if you measure proper size. No apologies if the undertones are adult-themed. Once gas block is installed, screw the nut as much as needed to vent the proper amount of cycling gas.
One major issue
Unfortunately now I have to replace every standard gas block with one of these. Dont spend hours on forums with the “experts” going back and forth discussing how to tune a rifle with buffer springs and weights and adjustable BCGs and all that other stuff (if overgassed). I was definitely a skeptic but it took four rounds to tune in and the thing shoots smooth and soft as can be. Round count 500. No issues what so ever. Also noticed my bcg is much cleaner than the same round count with a non adjustable block. Make sure your in the bleed off setting and not restricted setting. 18 + clicks out and you’re good to go.
Fixed my 6mm ARC build
Solved my cycling issues with my 6mm Arc build, installed dialed it in combined with low power Nemo .300 Acc spring and success. Ejection is now dialed in between 3-4 o’clock. Will be doing some more cycling to see if dialing it out further to send gas more forward, even though current adjustment is pretty good… curious to see if i dial it out more will it impact cycling and ejection pattern. Installed on a 16 inch CMMG 6mm arc 1.7.5 twisty pre dimpled, and the 2 dance real good together.
