The Superlative Arms patented “Bleed Off”, direct impingement, gas block for the AR15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks.
Results:
- The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas / pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler.
- Reduction of felt recoil.
- Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination.
- The gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore there is no erosion or seizing of the screw /no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out.
- When using SBR’s and / or suppressors the bleed off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back.

Gas block
It works awesome thanks

This gas block does a wonderful job giving the shooter the ability to control recoil and limit wear on DI style weapons being able to vent off excess gas reduces fouling and runs cooler.. It’s my favorite gas block for all situations.
USGreat gas block.
I used this on a suppressed rifle that that was very dirty and over gassed.I adjusted it out 30 clicks for bleed off. Gun is now much cleaner and smoother running. I’ve heard talk of losing velocity with bleed off but I haven’t chronographed it yet. But I’m not too worried about it since the barrel is only 10” to begin with. I used the clamp on model and it was a breeze to install and adjust. Liked it so much I’ve ordered another.

Rollpin was provided and was easy to install. Good instructions. Have not had a chance to shoot yet to dial it in.

Haven’t used it yet. It is for my AR10 build. Packaged well and looks to be good quality. I like the clamp aspect of it. Can’t wait to actually put some gas through it.
