Strike Industries Multi-Function End Plate w/ Anti-Rotation Castle Nut
The SI Multi-Function End Plate and Anti-Rotation Castle Nut are designed to update and upgrade the often neglected castle nut and endplate system. While the traditional endplate and castle nut works extremely well in retaining your receiver extension, the peening of the castle nut is not conducive to rebuilding. With the vast amount of aftermarket support for the AR system today, we felt that there’s a need for a secure system as adaptive as you are. Enter the MFEP and ACN. The MFEP and ACN offer an anti-rotate QD socket or sling loops built in. The Anti-Rotation Castle Nut is specifically designed to work with this end plate. Instead of peening the endplate to secure the castle nut, a set screw fulfills this function to allow for multiple uses as you upgrade, or update your build.
The Multi-Function End Plate is reversible, and has three integral sling mounting options. Â A traditional sling loop, a loop for hook style attachments, and a QD socket gives you the flexibility in using whichever attachment you prefer.

Strike Industries endplate/red and black
I bought this combo thinking I was just getting it for the look. Well not only does this endplate make it 200times easier for my to put the takedown detent and spring in! The quality is BEYOND AWESOME! I definitely am gonna purchase more of these soon!
USJust what I was looking for...
Great! The item came quickly and went on smoothly.
USSmart Design
Easy installation thanks to a smart design. Castle nut held in place by a set screw and there is a hole that lets you easily install the spring for the takedown pin.
USStrike industries endplate system
I love the way this looks and functions. If you don’t want to attempt a stake job or want a sling point with a QD mount get this! It installs just like the stock plate. I tried to use the hole for the spring with the set screw but gave up and did it old school with the screw in first. Be sure to use the included blue Loctite with both small screws.
USVery cool, easy install
Awesome!
