The Sons of Liberty Gun Works Competition Trigger is built to the same reliable standards as the Fighting Trigger but comes with an enhanced spring pack to customize the pull weight. The Liberty Competition trigger can be set at either 5.25 or 4.5 pounds and features a Nickel PTFE coating to reduce friction and maintain lubricity. With the included slave pin, this two-piece trigger is easy to install in your lower receiver. The trigger and hammer pin diameters are Mil-Spec .154” for maximum compatibility with most AR-15 rifles. This fire control group comes with everything you need to install it into your rifle and be shooting at the range in the same day. Trigger
Better than a mil-spec but a little heavier than I prefer. Quality made and does what it’s supposed to. There’s an ass for every saddle, I prefer my two stage RRA.

SOLGW competition trigger
This is one fine trigger for the money. Great single stage trigger. Went into a 300 Blackout pistol build. Actually breaks at 4 lbs! Couldn’t be happier.
