Most okish sight
Dig the sight for the most part. Good eye relief. Dot is crisp, even for having a severe astigmatism. Riser is sturdy enough. Took a star for the power knob. Way to tight for quick on off. Second star… No auto-on… I left it on set at medium setting and the battery died super short. Go back and look at the lifespan of the optic run time on this specific battery. It’s good for the range as long as you bring a spare battery. Had to swap out the battery at an outdoor range due to having to run on the highest brightness. Killed the battery in a day. Imagine keeping this on low to medium for home defense just to find it is either dead or dies when you need it. It’s since been removed and put on my oldest daughter’s rifle that she is learning on. When she’s proficient I’ll swap it out for another optic with auto-on and longer battery life.
