Looks and feels well constructed
This goes into my parts collection to eventually build a LR308. Have not gathered all the parts yet so am not able to provide feedbacks as to how it functions. But the item looks and feels well constructed and of high quality. Have no reason to doubt its functionality. Will see..
USCosmetically, a little banged up.
I don't know, but the BCG I received looks like it received little love during manufacturing. It's got several tiny dings on the surface and bottom edges. I can run my finger along the bottom edges of the carrier and feel the roughness caused by the minor dents. There's also a few scratches on the top of the bolt. Kind of a souring experience, having been thoroughly impressed by their AR15 bolt carriers. It probably has little to do with overall function, but some people bought this at MSRP. And had I bought this at 299, I'd be very disappointed receiving something that I would consider borderline blemished. Scratch that, at 299, this is a blem. RCA, I expect better.
