Our Rosco 5.56 (NATO) barrels are designed to meet the modern day carbine shooters requirements. We are a long way from our daddy’s Sporter AR, and those specs just won’t cut it anymore. From properly managed dwell times for SBR’s, to running Suppressed, or setting up a balanced patrol carbine we have incorporated your needs into our engineering. We have successfully accomplished this by picking the right twist rates, gas port diameters, and barrel materials according to the barrel we are making (not a lazy blanket method). We have also balanced input from our consumers and military end users in order to bring you the rifle barrels you need, not just the one we want to sell you.

US11.5 Barrel
I’ve only put about 100 rounds through this barrel so far and no problems. Seems to hold a decent grouping. Has a nice smooth finish to the exterior. Definitely for the price a good buy

Not only is this a budget barrel it's also one of the best. Fit and finish is impeccable and in terms of performance you can't get much better except a Criterion... but those run 3x more money in most cases. Buy this barrel and never look back, you wont regret it!
USNice barrel
Haven't shot it much, just to set the adjustable gas block, but seems pretty accurate. Went from a 7.5 to the 11.5. The blast from a 7.5 is ridiculous, huge difference on the 11.5. Much more pleasant to shoot, and more accurate.
