Designed for pistols and also compatible with AR platform rifles, the Riton Optics 1x X3 Tactix PRD Red Dot Sight allows for fast, both-eyes-open target acquisition in close-range tactical and competition use. The sight comes with a Picatinny rail mount that can be removed to reveal an RMR-style base. The 3 MOA dot can be set to one of six brightness levels with off settings in-between and performs parallax-free out to 50 yards. The view is bright and clear, thanks to fully multi-coated, high-density glass with 99.5% light transmission. Impact point corrects at 1 MOA per click, with total elevation and windage adjustment ranges of 45 MOA. One CR2032 battery is rated for 40,000 hours of life, and the four-hour auto shutoff helps conserve power. If you do need to install a new battery, the top-loading mechanism makes it easy.
