We start with top grade domestically sourced 4150 CrMoV Steel which is then drilled, reamed, button rifled, profiled and chambered in accordance with SAAMI Specifications. These barrels go through a battery of quality assurance checks each step of the way ensuring a remarkably consistent product every time. They are then finished with one of the nicest QPQ Nitride treatments you’ll find on an AR-Barrel. The stainless steel barrel extensions are machined in the same facility, further ensuring a high level of quality and consistency from start to finish. The end result is a barrel with deadly accuracy and rock solid reliability.

16 inch barrel
This barrel is good quality but kind of weird to be 16 inches in a 6.5 Grendel. I bought it anyway cause I love the round and it performs very well. Only tested to 100 yards and it’s sub MOA

Great deal of trouble with this barrel.
I bought 2 of these barrels. These barrels are exactly the profile and length that I wanted. Both barrels were under gassed. I have built multiple AR's both 10's and 15's. I have built multiple 6.5 Grendels prior to these two. Adjusted the gas blocks to ensure they were centered on the gas ports. No change. Installed different gas block and gas tube combinations. No change. Tried the uppers on different lowers. No change. Tried different BCGs that worked on other rifles. No change. Tried reduce power recoil spring. This worked, but still not consistently and I do not like building rifles that do not use standard parts. Drilled out the gas port on both barrels to .082 and bought adjustable gas blocks. Was able to dial in one barrel but not the other. So after all that I have one working rifle and one not. I have drilled out the gas port on the second rifle to .096. Have not taken it to the range yet. Accuracy on the working rifle is good, not great so far. I have other Grendel setups that are sub MOA with a good scope (one ragged hole at 100 yards). Was looking for a somewhat lighter barrel alternative. This was not worth it.

Received Barrel today and looked it over and found that the threading of the barrel is jagged and not cleanly done, also found minor tool markings which can be over looked for the price point. I will say the qpq nitride treatment on the barrel is done quite well. In my opinion this barrel seems to be a Bear creek arsenal or same "quality" barrel just without the branding.
