Works great. Great quality material and construction. Noticed difference in felt recoil, And the heaviest combination cycled with everything from lighter .223 loads to full max spec 5.56 loads. Just an indication of how over gassed milspec is. Only giving it a four star rating because the set screw and main screw backed out a bit after a couple hundred rounds. I torqued the set screw pretty good, but may need light thread lock to stay put. Kind of a bummer on something that is best kept adjustable. Maybe fair warning in the installation instructions is called for.
Awesome
Man my piece was SERIOUSLY overgassed. Ordered heavy, stacked the heaviest weights into it and it ran fine, locking back and everything. WOW! Helped settle the piece down quite a bit and now isn't nearly so ornery as it was. Might order another titanium slug to throw in there since I pegged it to max and it still ran strong. You only get one titanium slug even with the heavy. But at max you're way over H3 -- 5.7oz. Just how big is this barrel port?! One downside is as others have mentioned the set screw that holds the loading hole screw in place does come loose which allows that loading hole screw to back out into the upper receiver. Then the upper gets hung up when you pull the take down pin and try to cock it back and you have to pull both takedown pins out to disassemble the two halves. Not sure how to lock the set screw yet still be able to loosen it easily to reshuffle the weights keeping it "adjustable".
