USCheap but okay.
The item shipped quickly but it is cheap for a reason however still great for the price. The biggest issue I have had so far is that the holographic top killed the battery in under 10 mins (was not able to finish zeroing in) however it was the battery that shipped and I have not tried a new and well known battery yet.

Poor quality
Right out of the box I could see the workmanship was subpar. After installing the battery for the scope and turning it on I could see there was no effort in cleaning the inside of the scope. Upon installing the battery for the mil dot it would not work, I had to bend the battery prongs so that it would make contact. The 3X9 adjuster is not the easiest to work because it is under the mil dot mount. It was a lower quality than I anticipated however you get what you pay for, cheap is cheap! I went in with this understanding and will continue on with it to see how long it lasts.
