The MIAD (MIssion ADaptable) GEN 1.1 Grip is a drop-in replacement for the standard AR15/AR10 grip, now available in two dedicated configurations to fit most receivers. It is designed to improve ergonomics with interchangeable front and rear straps for personalized hand fit, an aggressive texture for positive weapon control, and is compatible with all Magpul grip cores to adapt to various storage needs. This update to the original MIAD has improved strap retention and also comes standard with the newest grip core that holds an included 1/2 oz. lubrication bottle.
This TYPE 2 Kit (MAG521) uses taller back-straps for optimized fit with certain 7.62×51 receivers*

Best ambidextrous grip for bigger hands
Installed on Aero M5 lower. I hand to do a little Dremel work on it due to a bit thicker lower receiver section that leads to the buffer tube. Same grip installed with no modifications on a Palmetto PA-10. The grip comes with different back straps like the Glock Gen4 and 5 pistols. Depending on your hand size depends on the back strap. These swap without the need to remove the grip from the action. I would prefer a grip just like this one only with a more pronounced thumb rest on the left side of the grip. This feature would the make it a right hand shooter only grip but would feel better for a right hand shooter and provide better control. They make two models of this grip the one for the AR-10 comes with an oil bottle in the little storage compartment while the other one is more of just a cover that closes the area up. Good for storing maybe a few small tools like shorty torx or Allen wrenches.
