Lantac E-BCG 556/223 Side Charging Direct Impingement Nitride Bolt Carrier Ground - 01-UP-SC-NIT-EBCG

Unlock superior performance and reliability in your side-charging AR-15 with the Lantac E-BCG 556/223 Side Charging Direct Impingement Nitride Bolt Carrier Group. Engineered specifically for side-charging upper receivers, this enhanced bolt carrier group delivers smoother cycling, reduced recoil impulse, and exceptional durability for demanding tactical and precision applications.

Key Features

• Patented Forward-Porting Design: Shrouded and enlarged gas ports vent expanding gases forward and out the ejection port, minimizing upper receiver pressurization and reducing gas blowback—ideal for suppressed setups.
• QPQ Nitride Finish: The entire carrier assembly receives a Quench Polish Quench nitride treatment for outstanding corrosion resistance, wear protection, and a low-friction surface that simplifies cleaning and extends service life.
• M16 Full-Auto Profile: Increased mass improves lock time consistency and contributes to a flatter shooting experience with reduced felt recoil.
• Precision-Machined Components: 8620 steel carrier and Carpenter 158 or 9310 bolt are heat-treated, hard-turned, and ground after treatment for tight tolerances and long-term accuracy.
• CP-R360 Domed Cam Pin: Machined from 17-4PH stainless steel and hardened to H900 condition, this patent-pending design reduces wear on the cam track and promotes ultra-smooth operation.
• Flared Carrier Tail: Enhances concentricity within the upper receiver, limits carrier tilt, and supports more consistent bolt engagement for improved accuracy potential.
