In my 30 plus years of wielding AR's and M16' I have only experienced one failure to eject due to the gas rings on my bolt. Once is too often due to the steps necessary to correct the issue and get back up and running. I switched over to the one piece gas rings about 15 years ago and have had zero issues. Have used many different manufacturers of the one piece rings and all have worked flawlessly.
