Worked GREAT with a small issue
This is absolutely the best thing I've put in my ar9. I did take out one weight. This was combined with a carbine length flat wound spring. I gave it 500 rounds of all different manufacturers and it ate it all with no complaints. The only problem is that the flat spring is longer and a bit of a struggle to get it all in because the buffer doesn't have a flat spot. Additionally the lrho wouldn't come up and i had to remove about 1/8th" of the buffer rubber. As long as it keeps running the way it has I would not need to take it out, but it will be a fight coming out as well. All in all I recommend this 100%. Do your self a favor and get it. I don't regret it.

I needed a 10oz 4 inch buffer for my 45ACP blow back carbine. This one is perfect. They also had the best price I found. I used it with an Orange Sprinco buffer spring which was recommended by Sprinco. If you need a heavy buffer this one will fit the bill. I haven't tried it yet but I have no doubt it will be fine.
