Mil-spec AR-15 triggers typically have an 8 to 9 pound trigger pull with factory springs. Utilizing the KVP Reduced Power Spring Kit should achieve a trigger pull reduction of 2 to 4 pounds. A 5 to 6 pound trigger pull is typical after installation of the KVP Reduced Power Spring Kit.
The KVP reduced power springs are designed to reduce trigger pull weight in Single Stage triggers. Due to the magnitude of triggers on the market, KVP can not guarantee that ALL triggers will adequately detonate ALL cartridges. We recommend high quality brass cased ammunition loaded with commercial primers for the best results. Installation should be performed or overseen by a competent gunsmith.
These spring kits may come in either black or blue.

Excellent value, improves trigger feel significantly
For around $5 you can go from a 7 lb milspec trigger to a 4-5 lb trigger. It makes a cheap AR feel $200 more expensive. The reset is still a bit mushy but that's not the part that matters for marksmanship.

Nice trigger pull with zero issues

Ordering was very easy. Shipping was good for being in California stuff takes a while to get to us (not complaining). The springs installed easily. The Mil spec spring weight on the trigger and hammer was 7.78 pounds. After replacing the springs the trigger pole weight went down to 5.01 pounds. Very happy

Installing these Kaw valley springs cut the pull weight on my milspec trigger in half. I will definitely be looking at picking more of these up for budget builds in the future
