Our 6-position dimpling jig is designed to allow you to easily dimple your own barrel. The 6 different, laser-marked spacing sets allow for a variety of gas block applications. The jig will fit perfectly in any bench vise to allow easy dimpling. Spacing is to the center of the 5/32″ drill guide holes: .400, .420, .450, .460, .470, and .500.
Machined from US Steel and QPQ Heat Treated.

Very Accurate Toll Built to Exact Specs.
Just Dimpled a Ballistic Advantage Barrel for a Aero gas block and the jig worked as it should, I don’t understand about a few reviewers wanting instructions it’s pretty self explanatory. Let me first off by saying every AR that I have built I have used a Clamp Style gas block so this was my first crack at using a dimpling fixture only because a lot of the new Handguards have a very small ID such as the Aero Precision S-One that I used for this DMR Rifle, But if you need a Dimpling Jig the Kaw Valley is a really good choice A++. P.S. I am a Machinist/Welder Fabricator and the 5/32” Drill Bit that they want you to use is the correct size for the jig because the Bit will right itself through the jig hole and it is not to big or tight because it has to be to guid the bit ,unlike what some other reviewers were saying about the Drill Bit Size, It’s the right bit to use you don’t need anything different and it will not shave anything off any of the jig ports/holes.

Bought one of these babies several months back and have done 4 barrels so far. This is one of the best building tools in my build chest now. Do yourself a favor and just get one, worth every penny and more.
