The transparent window allows you to instantly identify a loaded magazine from the sides or rear while index marks in the window indicate 20 and 30-round capacities helping you to keep track of necessary reloads.
Flush with magazine body, the floorplate is quickly removed by pushing out the locking tab making disassembly a breeze.

Overall I am quite satisfied with my AR15 discount experience. Package was delivered in reasonable time and my items were adequately secured. I have not tried Hera Arms magazines with live fire yet, but I did load several of the mags 30 rounds each. The mags are well made and manually performed flawlessly. When I figured in the price this was a great deal. It will be hard to find a quality windowed mag at this price range.
