NFA Item Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations with Full refunds of NFA items are only possible if a cancellation request is received & acknowledged before the transfer process has been initiated. Initiation of the transfer process is defined as: The ATF form 3 which allows us to transfer the NFA item to your selected dealer has been submitted to the ATF. The ATF form 3 submission typically occurs 1-3 days after your order is placed, depending on order volume and processing times. Cancellations and partial refunds are still possible up until the point the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the fees that will apply at the various stages of NFA item order processing:
- Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
- Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
- Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*
*NOTE: This may not always be possible and requires us to successfully recover the NFA item from your dealer with original packaging and in NEW condition. If we are unable to recover the NFA item in the condition stated above, no refund is possible.

Description
The Sportsman Ultra Light .338 caliber is a user serviceable silencer with full size performance and is magnum rated but weighs a flyweight 12.7 ounces. At half of the cost of heavier weight titanium silencers the Sportsman Ultra Light is hard to beat. Billet machined entirely out of heat treated 7075 aluminum, the Sportsman Ultra Light is light enough to pack in the field all week long but durable enough to take a beating from the .338 Lapua Magnum. Taking advantage of low mass properties of 7075 we were able to make a suppressor with durability typical of titanium silencers with an incredible weight savings utilizing a hybrid baffle stack.
The hybrid baffle stack consists two 17-4 stainless heat treated blast baffles followed by 7075 anodized aluminum baffles to keep the silencer lightweight and durable. The Ultra Light series now features our patented H.E.D.P. baffles that offer high performance sound reduction. Along with the new high performance baffles, the baffle stack also featured our RTZ (return to zero) geometry that allows the user to easily align and lock in their baffle stack to keep a repeatable zero even after disassembly of the silencer.
The Ultra Light series features internal 17-4 Stainless Steel mounting to our taper mount system that gives the user a rigid, easy and repeatable method of attachment while offering the user their preferred choice in muzzle devices. Included with the series is a muzzle device that offers a compact and lightweight silencer attachment, however, direct thread adapters are available for users who want to run in a direct thread configuration.
