The bore of the gas block is held to strict tolerances, ensuring that there is a uniform fit around your barrel. This gas block also includes Geissele’s “Bomb Proof Installation” instructions. Even the roll pins are beveled for easy installation.
These are open box / pre-owned gas blocks but have never been installed and are in like-new condition. We acquired them through our Gas Block Buy-Back program that we offer for customers who purchase Geissele Handguards but do not want the gas block that are bundled with the handguard. USBomb-Proof Gas Block
Best option out there. The instructions call for the use of a milling machine for a pinned-on installation, but if you tighten the setscrews well, use a cobalt bit that just fits inside the factory pilot hole and approach from both ends you can do it with a hand drill. You'll need a smaller roll pin than supplied but the results can be absolutely professional and far more secure than any setscrew or clamp-on block.
