These are excellent quality takedown pins, but not really anything special about them. Geissele is a name you can trust.

USDisappointing
I had contacted the mfg. before purchase and was told they are .250" +/- .001" I was going to use them to tighten up a lower to upper. Front pin measures .2476" and the rear .2485", no better than the cheap steel pins from anyone else.
