Faxon’s Integral Rifle Barrels are the perfect choice for any shooter who is looking for the maneuverability of a shorter overall length, but want the compatibility and versatility that comes with an AR15 build. With Faxon’s Integral Muzzle Device Barrels customers will no longer be locked into a single configuration on their rifle build, or be dependent on finding a capable gunsmith to pin & weld their muzzle device to their barrel. Shooters can choose from a 3 port muzzle device or slotted flash hider, allowing the full assembly and disassembly of gas blocks and barrel nuts. Shooters are forever free to change their weapon’s configuration.
Faxon Firearms barrels are the pinnacle of value. Manufactured 100% in-house from cradle-to-grave, these barrels are fully stress relieved, air-gauge tested, and 11 degree target crowned to ensure superior accuracy.
Quality is imbued into our barrels from the start. We start with the best materials, either certified 4150 Mil-Spec steel or 416-R Stainless. From there, each barrel goes through a battery of tests at each operation until finished in Nitride and final inspected. All barrels are individually checked for headspace by precision custom hardened gauges.

Easy Return
Flash hider seems awfully vulnerable to crush or bend if used anywhere but range. Barrel seemed flawless. Finish was excellent. Concept very interesting but ultimately the reality of a very light duty flash hider wasn’t worth the risk. Ar15Discounts made the return very easy. Ordered a different Faxon barrel for my build.
USGreat barrel
Same quality as Faxon's normal Gunner series barrels with the added benefit of having a nice looking flash hider built-in. No need to spend the extra money on pin and weld to keep the length right at 16", plus it's about the only way to put a permanent muzzle device on a .625" barrel and still be able to remove the gas block, handguard, etc. if you need to. Even "slim" muzzle devices are only a hair less than .750".

This thing oozes quality, from the smooth finish in and out to the snug fit of the barrel extension to my Aero Precision upper.

Barrel arrived nicely packaged and preserved with brown grease in the bore. This gunner profile has great balance with the weight being mainly toward the chamber. With a 12” handguard the whole rifle feels nice and compact. Very happy with it.
