Dirty Bird Industries Single Stage Nickel Teflon Trigger Group
Mil-spec trigger groups are reliable, easy to service and inexpensive. The problem is, mil-spec triggers tend to have a heavy trigger pull (sometimes up to 8 or 9 pounds) and the gritty take-up makes it difficult to tell where the break will be. This is where the Dirty Bird Single Stage Nickel Teflon Trigger Group comes in. Featuring honed and polished engagement surfaces, a slick and durable Nickel Teflon finish and finely tuned spring rate for the trigger and hammer springs, you get a smooth trigger pull with very little take-up and a crisp clean break at 5 – 5.5 pounds.

Incredible Trigger Especially for the Price
I've used a lot of triggers, and am not that big of a fan of drop-in systems. I don't like having to use antiwalkout pins and the like. I saw this for sale and tend to prefer flat blade triggers. I figured this would be a mill-spec experience, and was fully ready for that. Instead, what I got was an incredible trigger. The creep is almost entirely gone, crisp break @ 4lbs almost exact. As others have mentioned, mine came with both the standard and reduced power (yellow) springs. Even with the lighter springs, hammer strikes are good and the pull stays consistent. Bottom line: This trigger competes with ones very far out of its league with ease. This is a fantastic upgrade to a mill spec trigger and I would recommend trying this before spending a lot of money on a trigger. You'd be impressed. Money saved is more money for ammo and range time, which matters more than anything.
