Mil-spec trigger groups are reliable, easy to service and inexpensive. The problem is, mil-spec triggers tend to have a heavy trigger pull (sometimes up to 8 or 9 pounds) and the gritty take-up makes it is difficult to gauge where the break will be. This is where the Dirty Bird Single Stage Nickel Teflon Trigger Group comes in. Featuring honed and polished engagement surfaces plus a slick and durable Nickel Teflon finish. You get a smooth trigger pull with very little take-up and a crisp clean break.
This kit does not include the Disconnect Spring, Trigger Spring, Hammer Spring, or Trigger / Hammer Pins, allowing the builder to use their existing springs or purchase reduced power springs for a lighter trigger pull.

Dirty Bird Nickel Teflon Trigger
With a reduced power spring group, it did what it claimed.Good product and easy to install; cheaper option than the drop-in triggers, for those on a budget. Would recommend.

I have bought several of these and they have a much smoother pull then a standard Mil Spec trigger set. I just like the feel of these triggers. My go to trigger.

I wanted a contained trigger group but was turned off with the pricing, until I discovered Dirt Bird Teflon trigger group. This drop in trigger (w/reduced pwr springs) significantly dropped the pull weight dwn to the advertised 4.5lbs. Trigger breaks clean and has very little take-up. This by far the best target trigger group for the money. Gonna order another
