The Light Control System (LCS) is very versatile. As such, there are a lot of possible configurations.
The LCS for the Streamlight does not support M-LOK or KeyMod interfaces. We only offer a Picatinny version. Also, the LCS does not support the TLR-series switches.
If you would like, you can add a Streamlight Rail-Mount HLX weapon light to your LCS to save money. This combo gives you a new in-the-box HLX and our LCS. Everything you need for a complete weaponlight setup. That includes the light, the tape switch, the tailcaps, and of course our LCS.
TAPE SWITCH COMPATIBILITY
Streamlight® Picatinny
The LCSmk2k is designed exclusively for the Streamlight ProTac series weaponlights Dual-Function tape switch that is commonly provided with the Streamlight ProTac series weaponlights. The LCSmk2k is TOO LONG for the shorter Streamlight 69132 switch provided with the TLR-series.
MATERIALS
- Precision CNC machined from Certified 6061-T6 billet aluminum for superior strength.
- Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized finish for superior durability and wear resistance.
- Custom-manufactured size 8-32 Torx-drive screw. Made from hardened steel and then black nitride plated for superior corrosion resistance.
FEATURES
- Unique Patent-Pending design utilizes a slot that ensures a snug, perfect friction-fit for the tape switch. Once installed its not coming out unless you want it to.
- “Early Exit” feature allows the user to route the cable into the LCS and then exit the mount early if more cable slack is needed for your given setup.
- 3-piece clamp design allows for perfect fit across all picatinny rails.
- Proprietary Integrated Cable Channels (ICC) are integrated into both sides of the mount, giving the user the ability to control excess cable and making the mount ambidextrous and reversible. Channels can be used for other cable management as well (IR, et)
- Full-length aluminum base allows for optimum tape switch engagement. No “give” in the tape switch when depressed makes for easier and more positive light engagement.
- Shooter can fully use the entire length of the tape switch now.
- The LCS Series Locks up 100% to your weapon. Zero movement. Zero play. Virtually indestructible.
- Radiused/chamfered edges ensure comfort and ergonomic function.
- Fully ambidextrous and reversible. The LCS be mounted in either direction, based on your preference/needs.

Solid mount for one of the most important piece to your build
Solid option for your tape switch, keeps it in place and secured. The routing channel is intuitive and allows a clean look to your build. I definitely recommend it over the plastic holders that come with the streamlight. Although pricey, it is worth the money for a quality piece of accessory for your AR build.

Since Cloud doesn't make one for the surefire sr07, I had to do a little research and found I could trim my tapeswitch to fit this one! Not for someone who wants to modify their equipment of course. I'm sure it fits the PROTAC perfectly. But it mounts up solid and does what it's intended to do. Much better than the standard rubber

This is far superior to the rail mounting solution included with the streamlight protac rail mount 2. Very sturdy, high quality, very effective solution that removes the necessity for zip ties when securing a remote switch. If you plan on using your rifle/pistol in any serious capacity, whether it be HD, truck gun, or duty use, it would be wise to pick this up. It may seem pricey but it's worth it. Plenty of experts with far more experience than me have highly recommended this product.
