The best just got better! From the inventors of the very first fully modular, patented, ambidextrous safety selector for the AR-15 platform, Battle Arms Development is raising the bar on reliability and compatibility while lowering the price with the new generation BAD-ASS-PRO!
This professional-grade, no non-sense, duty grade semi-auto safety selector is the perfect upgrade to your AR-15. It comes standard with a reversible throw safety center with 0°-90° and 0°-60° short-throw options. The standard and short safety levers are fully interchangeable and modular to accommodate left or right-handed shooters.
The new BAD-ASS-PRO is now 100% compatible with all known(3), AR variant lower receivers, and triggers designed to work with the “Mil-Spec” AR-15 semi-auto safeties. No longer do you need a short-throw relief cut on your lower receiver to use the ambidextrous safety, simply use the provided short-throw markings sticker! No longer do you have to choose which trigger is compatible with the safety! If the trigger it will work with a “Mil-Spec” AR-15 semi-auto safety, it will work with the new BAD-ASS-PRO!
No more broken screws! Don’t settle for wiggling levers! No more stripped screw heads! The new patent-pending dovetail design and internal locking mechanism make it impossible to shear off the screw head because there is no screw head! Do not settle for spring-loaded detents that never give your safety lever that positive lock of confidence and worry about losing the small parts. The new BAD-ASS-PRO locking mechanism is robust, reliable and something you can depend your life on! The new 5/64″ set screw is also designed to resist stripping.

Great quality and perfect functionality, liking the 60 degree throw
My last two builds I've installed the Talon 45/90 degree safeties, or at least I tried to configure them to a 45 degree throw. Other builds I've had no problem but lately its not been the case. I tried to adjust to the 90 degree throw but have not been comfortable. After reading reviews on the BAD levers I decided to give them a try. The 60 degree throw works perfectly. I've been so pleased I've ordered 2 more sets to replace the Talons which could only be configured to 90 degrees. The selector is quality made, solid and the engagement is crisp.
USAmbi safety
i have arthritis in my thumbs and it is much easier to rotate. It was a good choice.

These are my “ Go to” safety selectors. Tried one a couple of years ago and absolutely loved it. Easy installation. 45 and 90 degree options . And much less expensive than the Radians. I have them in every one of my builds now.
USPerfect Ambi safety
I bought one when I should have got 4. This is my first Ambi safety that is aftermarket and not factory installed and I would 1000% stand behind this product because of how it fixes not only to get but how well it fits in my rifle. I’ve already placed another order to replace a couple mil spec safeties I have. I put it on my precision rifle and it’s probably my favorite upgrade I’ve made so far. Great product!
USHigh quality
This is a very nice safety selector. Machining is top notch and it operates smoothly. I do wish the selector tabs sat closer to the receiver but its really not that bad. The detent on this is medium and on the lighter side. Its definitely has positive engagement but if you like stronger detent this may not be for you. Im definitely impressed for the price.
