Aero Precision M4E1 PRO Ambidextrous Safety Selector
Introducing the PRO Series Ambidextrous Safety Selector. Forged with Premium Materials and Engineered for a Safe, Reliable, and Precise Shooting experience.
This drop-in part is configurable with a reversible selector drum, allowing for either a 45 or 90-degree throw out of the box. Each lever is retained by captured detents, which eliminate the possibility of loosening lever fasteners even during the most demanding firing schedules. Two different lever lengths allow shooters to maintain the benefits of an ambidextrous selector without creating interference for their dominant firing hand during manipulation.
This safety selector is compatible with most AR15 and AR10 platform rifles.

Best feeling ambi safety
Pros: Easy installation 45° throw Ambidextrous No short side - both levers are the same length Neither side has that ****** taper The texture does not destroy you finger The lines are linear similar to milspec triggers familiar milspec shape of level Cons: often out of stock limited color choice levers feel "plasticy" No FRT option - yet. Conclusion: 10/10 - I would purchase this again b/c it is by far the best functioning, easy to use ambi safety out of the 3 others that I've tried. To me, it was worth it. I like the look and the feel.

I'm running this ambi safety on an ar10 and I will say Aero Precision got a lot of things right. For starters, the safety is the same size on both sides. The shape of the throw lever is very similar to a mil-spec safety so the touch point is consistent enough and it is just long enough to mimic a mil-spec's fulcrum point because there is plenty of leverage to actuate the safety. The material they used might be a little suspect- almost "plasticy". But the anodized look is superb - for my taste - everyone is different but I like it. A plus is that it does not tear you had up. I've used many of the other ambidextrous safeties and the way they're milled nearly takes skin off, or they're hard to manipulate on the short tapered side. I'm really glad that the end of the safety is NOT tapered like some other brands. If you want something that feels good, and works, this is a good look this way for ambi controls.

Got 2 of them because me and one of my sons are building building matching 300BLK pistols. Was gonna use the radian safety’s because I have a few on other rifles but I have to say these are far better! The assembly and retaining pin system is superior and it’s crazy smooth but tactile.

The factory safety was not very good. Replaced it with the Aero pro ambidextrous model and it's a much needed upgrade. Very quick and smooth. Instalation was simple with included instructions. One of the better options for safety upgrade. Custom colors to boot
