The set includes an EPC-9 Threaded Upper Receiver, EPC-9 Lower Receiver and our ATLAS R-ONE Handguard all with this exclusive finish. • EPC-9 Threaded Upper Receiver finished in Gunmetal Grain. Upper receiver is assembled and includes the last round bolt hold open.
