A must have for an upper build
This tool works great! It made aligning my barrel and torquing it a breeze. I can see assembling with out it or something like it. I like the gas tube aligner too.
USA better option!
It definitely has done its job securing the receiver while I was installing the barrel and torquing the barrel nut. It has also been very convenient while installing the gas block and gas to with the little alignment hole that is embedded in the action rod.. another cool feature that the actual rod has is that it locks into the receiver extension so no matter what you are doing it will not come loose.
