The VG6 GAMMA 556 is a muzzle brake and compensator hybrid. It virtually eliminates recoil and minimizes muzzle movement. The unique combination of both braking and compensating features inspire shooter confidence and allows the shooter to make very fast follow up shots. Its unique chamber geometries give it a very soft feel in the shoulder and the gas ports dimensions have been strenuously tested to give the utmost control to the muzzle.
The VG6 GAMMA 556 has been tuned for versatility. While it is perfect for SBR’s and AR pistols the brake has been optimized for 10.5″ to 18.5″ barrel lengths. The Gamma 556 will allow you to saturate the target no matter how fast you shoot.

Went from the standard A2 birdcage on my AR15 to this VG6 Gamma, and I was blown away by a couple of things. 1: there is virtually zero muzzle rise or recoil. 2: the shockwave from the brake is much more equal opportunity than expected as each shot sent a blast wave into my face. While the blast wave was surprising, the control I was able t o maintain during rapid fire was even more surprising. Not sure how you could do better than this in 5.56mm.

I finally got to the range with this brake on my rifle. I have been waiting all winter to try it out. I have it on a black rain 556 my muzzle does not move at all, seriously when watching my son shoot it does not move. Only downside is that you do not want to be to the side of the muzzle as it does push lots of gas to the side.
