Its a ok buffer
So I have this buffer in my Lmt I was trying to delete felt recoil and buffer bounce I also run a hyper trap break in 223/556 they work extremely well together the only thing I have with my set up is every 5 round I will get a lite primer strike and it dose not go in to battery soon as you clear it same thing happens on the 5 round the spring needs to be alil more heavy the set up im running deletes the recoil and buffer bounce you need a adjustable gas block as i found out the hard just a fyi
