Meet the Sig P320 Forced Reset Trigger Reaper from Texas Triggers. After months of testing and development, the Reaper is ready to bring a new trigger system to the P320 platform.

Texas Triggers engineered the Reaper specifically for the Sig Sauer® P320. Moreover, the trigger offers true drop-in compatibility with several popular P320 configurations. These include Full Size, Carry, Compact, M17, M18, and Flux Raider setups.

Because the Reaper uses a drop-in design, you get a purpose-built system without unnecessary modifications. However, some P320 configurations require additional components for proper operation. Therefore, review the compatibility and setup information below before installation.

Sig P320 Forced Reset Trigger Compatibility

The Reaper supports the following P320 models and configurations:

• P320 Full Size
• P320 Carry
• P320 Compact
• M17
• M18
• Flux Raider

Compact and Carry models may require additional components. Likewise, aftermarket or slide-cut configurations may require recoil spring changes.

Break-In Period

A new P320 needs time to break in before the Reaper performs as intended. However, this requirement generally does not apply to pistols that already have a sufficient round count.

For a new pistol, expect approximately 400 to 600 rounds of break-in. During this period, normal cycling wears down the factory coating on internal contact surfaces. As a result, friction decreases and operation becomes smoother.

You can also accelerate this process through manual cycling. With the Forced Reset Trigger installed, hold the trigger to the rear and manually cycle the slide. Then, continue opening and closing the slide to work the same components involved during live fire.

This process can reduce the amount of live ammunition needed for break-in. However, always follow safe firearm-handling practices while performing any function checks or manual cycling.

Recommended Ammunition

For best results, we recommend 115- to 124-grain ammunition. However, the ideal load may depend on how thoroughly you have broken in your P320.

A well-broken-in pistol typically runs well with 115-grain ammunition. For consistent performance, we recommend Blazer Brass Full Metal Jacket Round Nose (FMJ).

Compact and Carry OEM Models

OEM Compact and Carry configurations may require a 14 lb recoil spring instead of the factory spring. In addition, you will need a compatible guide rod assembly.

Recommended components:

• Guide Rod: Sig Guy 1911 Style Steel Guide Rod Assembly

Always confirm component compatibility with your specific P320 configuration before installation.

Aftermarket and Slide-Cut P320 Slides

Aftermarket slides and modified OEM slides may also require a different recoil spring and guide rod assembly. Typically, the required spring weight ranges from 14 to 18 lbs.

However, the correct spring weight depends on the specific slide configuration. Therefore, verify your setup before selecting a recoil spring.

This additional spring requirement does not apply to standard OEM configurations other than Compact and Carry models.

Important Compatibility Information

Every P320 setup can behave differently due to ammunition, springs, slide weight, aftermarket components, and break-in status. Therefore, proper setup plays an important role in reliable operation.

Before use, verify that every component works correctly with your specific firearm. In addition, follow all manufacturer instructions and standard firearm safety procedures.
