Stuff and Things CARL Cam Activated Reset Limiter with 3-Round Cam - C.A.R.L, 3-Round

Enhance your AR-15 platform with the Stuff and Things CARL Cam Activated Reset Limiter with 3-Round Cam, a precision-engineered accessory designed to work seamlessly with compatible super safety systems. This drop-in component introduces a controlled extension to trigger reset after every three rounds fired, providing shooters with a legal method to moderate firing cadence while maintaining full semi-automatic functionality.

Key Features

• 3-Round Cam Design: Limits trigger reset after three consecutive shots, requiring an extended release for the next cycle to promote deliberate shooting and target reacquisition.
• Drop-In Installation: No modifications required; installs directly into mil-spec trigger and hammer setups paired with compatible super safeties.
• Durable Construction: Crafted from 4130 steel and stainless components with a nitride finish for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
• Interchangeable Cam System: Supports optional 2-round or 6-round cams for customizable reset intervals without replacing the entire unit.

How It Works

When paired with a super safety, the CARL system uses a cam mechanism on the hammer and disconnector assembly. After the third round, the cam interfaces differently to slightly lengthen the trigger reset distance, forcing a more pronounced release before the next shot can be fired. Without a super safety installed, the trigger functions as a standard mil-spec semi-automatic unit.
